What is the difference between "WhatsApp Share Now" and "Auto WhatsApp Send"?
WhatsApp Share Now (available in both Professional and Premium plans) opens the native share sheet on your device, allowing you to select a contact and manually send the receipt using your WhatsApp app. Auto WhatsApp Send (exclusive to Premium) uses our cloud API to automatically deliver receipt alerts to the donor’s phone instantly on receipt generation without manual work.
Are there any transaction commission charges?
No. Standard payment processors charge 1.5% to 3% per transaction. PavtiBook uses P2P UPI routing where donors pay your trust VPA bank details directly. We charge 0% commission.
Can we cancel or upgrade our subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your donor database and files will remain in read-only format for compliance audits.
What happens when we exceed the 1000 Auto Sends limit?
If you exceed the 1000 Auto Sends limit in a billing month, you can still use the unlimited "WhatsApp Share Now" feature for manual sharing, or purchase top-up packs from the settings menu.
